How do I get in touch with my local branch?
We run a centralised phone system. To contact your local branch just call us on 0330 043 3345 and select the branch thats the closest to you
Do you come to me, or do I need to bring my car to you?
We are a fully mobile service, meaning we come to you with all the equipment needed to detail your vehicle on-site. This can be your home, work, friends house or even if you are here on holiday
Do I need to provide water or electricity for mobile detailing?
All of our vans carry water on board, all that we need is an electricity supply. This can be from an outside plug or just by running our cable through a door or window.
How long does a detailing session take?
The duration depends on the service selected. Maintenance valets typically take 2-3 hours, while full detailing, ceramic coating or paint correction can take 4-8 hours or more.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. We are not a cash in hand type valeting service. Every member of staff has full access to our invoicing system. As soon as your job is completed they will automatically send you a full detailed invoice.

Definition Detailing are one of the largest car detailing businesses in the UK. All of the chemicals that we use in our business are bespoke and manufactured to our own exacting specifications. Apart from that we believe that its our reliability and customer service that set us apart. Our customer experience is carefully crafted so that you feel at ease for the entire time leading up to your booking. You receive a confirmation text, a text when your detailer is on the way and you can even track them in real time.

Is Definition Detailing a franchise?
Some of our branches are operated by franchisees and some are not. For you as a customer this doesn't really change anything. Every member of staff is working to the same exacting standards and uses exactly the same chemicals and equipment.
Where is Definition Detailing based?
Our head office is in Leeds but we operate as a mobile car detailing service. Our branches cover the North of England and are constantly expanding
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Yes, we do! Our gift vouchers make the perfect present for car enthusiasts, allowing them to choose from our range of detailing services.
What areas do you cover?
We currently operate in Leeds, Harrogate, Hull, Liverpool, Manchester, Nottingham, Sheffield, Stoke-on-Trent and York. And we’re continuously expanding our coverage through our growing franchise network.
